                                                     ORDER

          The District Court got jurisdiction in the year 2007 to
decide the appeal having valuation upto Rs.10/- Lakhs. Since
the present appeal is valued less than Rs.10/- Lakhs, it has to
be decided by the District Court.

          In view of above, the present First Appeal is disposed of
with the jurisdiction of this Court and transfer it first
appellate            Court          at      Valsad           for       further          proceedings                 in
accordance with law. Registry to maintain copy of the appeal
memo           and        the       copy        of      the       judgment              in     the present
proceedings. Records and proceedings and the paper-book are
ordered to be sent back tot he learned appellate Court.
