ORDER
Since Regular Civil Suit No.209 of 2021 is restored to
the le, order dated 23.2.2026 passed in captioned CRA is
hereby recalled and the CRA is restored to the original
proceedings. The interim relief was previously operating in
regards to staying of the suit proceedings and therefore, the
revisionist would be at liberty to argue for seeking interim
relief.
Learned Senior counsel Mr. Anshin Desai assisted by
learned advocate Mr. Parth Contractor for the respondents
submit that the respondents have led application for vacation
of interim relief in the CRA and pending the application, CRA
was dismissed and therefore, that application for vacation of
interim relief be restored. Accordingly, application for

vacating interim relief is also restored.
Upon request of learned advocates for both the parties,
request for interim relief and application for vacation of
interim relief shall be heard together.
With this observation and direction, present MCA stands
