1. Heard Mr.Hardik Rawal, learned advocate for the
applicants – original petitioners.
2. Learned advocate Mr.Rawal would submit that one
opportunity may be given to the applicants and she
undertakes to conduct the matter as and when it is taken up
for hearing.
3. Having heard learned advocate for the applicants and
considering the averments made in the application as well as
assurance given by learned advocate for the applicants, the
present application deserves to be allowed, which is hereby
allowed in terms of paragraph 3(B) of the application. Special
Civil Application No.12959 of 2019 is ordered to be restored
back on its original ?le.

4. It goes without saying that interim relief, if any,
operating on the date of dismissal of this petition would also
