1.        Rule returnable forthwith. Mr.Siddharth Rami, learned
AGP waives service of rule for the respondent -State.


2.        Ms.Raol, learned advocate would submit that one
opportunity               may          be       given          to      the       petitioners               and         she
undertakes to conduct the matter as and when it is taken up
for hearing.

3.        Having heard learned advocates for the respective
parties and considering the averments made in the application
as well as assurance given by learned advocate for the
applicants, the present application deserves to be allowed,
which is hereby allowed in terms of paragraph Nos.9(A), (B) &
(C) of the application. Rule is made absolute, to the aforesaid
extent. Special Civil Application No.11841 of 2020 is ordered
to be restored back on its original Ble.
