               Mr. Kharadi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
      the petitioner’s grievance has been redressed and hence, the
      petition has become infructuous and therefore, he seeks
      permission to withdraw the present petition.


               Permission as sought for is granted. The petition stands
      disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this Court has not
      gone into the merits of the case. Notice is discharged.
