          Learned advocate Mr. Nilay H. Patel appearing for the
petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to pursue
the present proceedings. In support thereof, a written
communication has been forwarded by the petitioner to the
learned advocate. A copy of the said communication is directed
to be taken on record. In view of the above-stated submission
and on the strength of the said communication, learned advocate
seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a
liberty to file a fresh application, in case any difficulty arises.
          Permission as prayed for is granted. Present application is
disposed of as withdrawn with above liberty. It is made clear that
this Court has not examined the merits of the case.
