            It appears that when the queries put forward by this Court,
 learned counsel for the petitioner, after going through the relevant
 facts, submits that various writ petitions were 9led against the
 respondent before the Delhi High Court, where, the Delhi High Court
 has decided such issue.

            Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw
 the present petition with a liberty to 9le fresh writ petition before the
 Delhi High Court.

            Permission as sought for is granted. The present petition stands
 disposed of as withdrawn. It is open for the petitioner to 9le writ
 petition / proceedings before the appropriate Court. It is made clear
 that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter.
