            Present petition is 昀椀led by the petitioner seeking to quash and
 set aside the impugned decision / communication dated 06.03.2023
 and to direct respondent to give electricity connection to the
 petitioner and to give bene昀椀t of the amnesty scheme of the
 respondent and restore the old electricity connection for the premises
 in question.

            Mr.Pravin Panchal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits
 that the issue involved in the present petition does not survive and,
 therefore, the petition has become infructuous.

            The petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
 Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier shall stand
 vacated forthwith.
