                 Mr. R K Mansuri, learned counsel for the petitioner has
       tendered a copy of communication dated 29.10.2020 wherein it
       is stated that the authority has extended the lease period till
       31.03.2030. The communication is taken on record. Mr. Mansuri,
       learned counsel submits that the prayer made in the petition is
       granted. Under the circumstances, he seeks permission to
       withdraw the present petition.


                 Permission as sought for is granted. The petition stands
       disposed of as withdrawn as having become infructuous. It is
       made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the
       case. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, shall stand
       vacated forthwith.
