COMMON ORAL ORDER
Mr. Nisarg Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner,
submits that Reference Nos. 21 of 2017, 10 of 2020, 13 of
2020, 15 of 2020, 16 of 2020, 17 of 2020, 21 of 2020, 22
of 2020, 23 of 2020, 24 of 2020, 28 of 2020, 31 of 2020,
33 of 2020 and 47 of 2020 have been dismissed for
default by the Labour Court vide orders dated 13.02.2025
and 18.02.2025. He has further submitted that, in view of
the dismissal of the reference cases, the present petitions
have become infructuous and, therefore, the same may be
disposed of.
In view of the above submissions, the present
petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous.
Notice in each petition stands discharged. Interim relief,
if any, stands vacated forthwith.
Office to place copy of the order in each of the
petition.
