                                              ORAL ORDER

             Mr. Soneji, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Hardeep
   Mahida, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that
   respondent No. 1 has already deposited the amount as directed by
   the Controlling Authority, Ahmedabad. Under the circumstances, Ms.
   Patel, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present
   petition.

             Permission as sought for is granted. The petition stands
   disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any,
   granted earlier is vacated forthwith.

             The Controlling Authority, Ahmedabad is directed to disburse
   the amount deposited by the respondent in favour of the petitioner
   within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of order of this
   Court through RTGS/NEFT after verifying the bank details of the
   petitioner.
