           Mr. Dharmesh Gosai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.
 SP Kotia, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter is
 settled between the parties and hence, the petition has become
 infructuous. Under the circumstances, Mr. Gosai, learned counsel
 seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

           Permission as sought for is granted. The petition stands
 disposed of as withdrawn as having become infructuous. Notice is
 discharged.

           It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of
 the case.
