             Mr. Bhavesh Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner
    submits that in view of the order passed by the Labour Court, the
    petitioner has already implemented the order and reinstated the
    respondent - workman. Mr. Trivedi, learned counsel has tendered
    the copy of the written communication of the Nagarpalika dated
    15.11.2025 which is taken on record. In view of the above, Mr.
    Trivedi, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the
    present petition.


             Permission sought for is granted. It is observed that this
    Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and the petition
    stands disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
