           Mr. R.K. Mansuri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
 petitioner, has submitted that during the pendency of the present
 petition, nal order is passed by the respondent authority which was
 challenged by way of subsequent petition, wherein, this Court has
 issued notice and therefore, the present petition has become
 infructuous.


           In view of above, the present petition stands disposed of as
 having become infructuous.
