ORAL ORDER
1. Heard Mr.M.M.Tirmizi, learned advocate for the
petitioner, Mr.Nisarg Jain, learned advocate for respondent
No.2 and Ms.Nishi Vyas, learned Assistant Government
Pleader for respondent No.1.
2. After arguing for some time, under the instructions of
his client, Mr.Tirmizi, learned advocate for the petitioner does
not press the present petition with liberty to make an
appropriate detailed representation to respondent No.2 in
regard to wrong appointment of respondent No.3 herein, as,
according to the petitioner, respondent No.3 was not the
resident of Tadgam Faliyu as per the advertisement in
question, but was the resident of Talav Faliyu.
2.1 It is further the grievance of the petitioner that instead
of running the Aanganwadi at Tadgam Faliyu as per the

advertisement, due to the in昀氀uence of respondent No.3, it was
shifted to Talav Faliyu.
3. Permission, as sought for, is granted.
4. It is hereby open for the petitioner to make a suitable
representation raising her grievance with supporting
documentary evidence to respondent No.2. Let such
representation shall be 昀椀led by the petitioner within one
month from today. If such representation will be received by
respondent No.2 on or before 02.03.2026, respondent No.2 is
hereby directed to decide such representation, in accordance
with law, by a昀昀ording an opportunity to respondent No.3 in a
case where any adverse order shall be taken against her. Such
exercise shall be completed by respondent No.2 on or before
30.04.2026.
5. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of, as
not pressed. Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands
vacated.
