           Today, Mr. Jasani, learned counsel for the petitioner,
produced                 on       record             a      copy           of      the         receipt            dated
24.07.2023 issued by Paschim Gujarat Vij Co. Ltd. and
submitted that the dispute between the parties has
already been settled, and the petitioner has paid the
disputed amount along with compounding charges.
           In view of the above, the present petition has
become infructuous and stands disposed of as such.
Notice is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated
forthwith. A copy of the receipt dated 24.07.2023 issued
by Paschim Gujarat Vij Co. Ltd. is taken on record.
           It is clari昀椀ed that this Court has not entered into the
merits of the case.
