      It appears that the main writ petition was disposed of by the
Court on 08.02.2017, against which, Misc. Civil Application came to be
filed by the party-in-person Amrutlal Popatlal Parmar for recall /
review of the order.

      During the pendency of the Misc. Civil Application, the party-in-
person has filed an application / withdrawal purshis of the matter
dated 06.04.2026 addressed to the Registrar General, High Court of
Gujarat inter alia contending that he does not want to proceed further
with the matter and seeks permission to withdraw the petition and
Misc. Civil Application. Registry has put up the note along with the
said application / purshis along with the identity proof of the
petitioner.

             In view of the withdrawal purshis, the present petition and Misc.
