        Heard Mr. Mehul Sharma, learned advocate appearing

on    behalf      of     Mr.    Vyam    Shah,         learned      advocate      for      the

petitioner       and      Ms.    Forum       Shah,         learned     AGP       for      the

respondent-State.



        At the outset, Mr. Sharma, learned advocate appearing
for the petitioner, under the instructions of his client, does

not     press      this    petition     as     well        as   the     present        Civil

Application with a liberty to challenge order dated 21.05.2025

passed by the respondent, whereby penalty of 100% pension

cut    has      been      imposed      as    well     as     not     regularizing         the

suspension period.



        Permission, as prayed for, is granted. With the aforesaid

 liberty       reserved        in     favour       of    the      petitioner,        the      present

 petition is disposed of as not pressed. It is made clear that
