ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION.

[1]     The present Civil Application has been 昀椀led by the
applicant, who is original petitioner in Special Civil Application
No.23303 of 2017, seeking deletion of her name from the writ
petition.

[2]     Having considered the averments made in the application
and the letter dated 20.12.2025 addressed by the applicant to
her advocate requesting deletion of her name from the present
petition, the Civil Applications deserve to be allowed.

[3]     Accordingly, the application is allowed. The name of the

present applicant, being original petitioner, shall stand deleted
in the main writ petition.


ORDER IN SPECIAL CIVIL APPLICATION.

[1]       In view of the order passed in the aforesaid Civil
Application, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present
petition, as prayed for in the said Civil Application.

[2]       Accordingly, as the present petition had only a sole
petitioner, it does not survive and is disposed of. Notice stands
discharged. Ad-interim relief / Interim relief granted earlier
stands vacated.
