 respondent has issued the notice and passed 2nal order on
 21.08.2025 and, therefore, the matter has become infructuous. He
 has tendered the copy of the notice and 2nal order, which is taken on
 record.

            In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as become
 infructuous. Notice is discharged. Interim relief granted earlier shall
 stand vacated forthwith.
