            Ms. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits
  that during the pendency of this petition, on account of the nal
  order passed by respondent no.2 vide order dated 13.03.2026,
  the present petition has become infructuous. In view of that, Ms.
  Chauhan, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this
  petition with a view to enable her to challenge the order dated
  13.03.2026 passed by respondent no. 2 by ling a fresh petition.


            Permission sought for is granted. The petition stands
  disposed of as withdrawn as having become infructuous. Notice
  is discharged.
