                When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned
       advocate,             Mr.         Rutul         Desai          has       tendered             copy         of
       additional              affidavit              accompanying                 the       order          dated
       08.12.2025 passed by the Mamlatdar & ALT, Surat, which
       is     taken         on     record         and       submitted            that        by     the       said
       order, the transaction has already been regularized by
       the revenue authority. He, therefore, submitted that in
       view of the above development took place pending this
       petition, he does not press this petition.
                In      view        of      above         facts,          the       present           petition
       stands disposed of as not pressed. Rule is discharged.
       Interim relief stands vacated.
