           Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that she has
instructions to withdraw the writ petition since the petitioner desires
to approach the respondent authority for consideration of the
petitioner’s grievances.

           Granting liberty to approach the petitioner to approach the
respondent authority, the present writ petition is disposed of as
withdrawn.

           In view of the above, no orders are necessary to be passed on
the application filed for impleading.
