          When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned AGP Mr.
Vaibhav Sharma, appearing on behalf of the respondent authorities,
has submitted that this petition has become infructuous, as the
impugned caste certi cate itself has been cancelled by the concerned
authority.


          In view of above, present petition sands disposed of as having
become infructuous.
          It is observed that this Court has not entered into the merits of
the matter.
          However, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate
recourse to challenge the aforesaid decision of the concerned
authority.
