         Learned counsel for the petitioner places on record
a photocopy of the corrected birth certificate of the
petitioner's son dated 8.4.2026, issued by the competent
authority, and submits that during the pendency of the
present petition, the competent authority has already
corrected the name of the petitioner's son in the birth
certificate. He submits that in view of that he does not
press the present petition.
         The photocopy placed on record by the learned
counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. The petition
stands disposed of as not pressed.
