              Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the dispute
    between the parties have been successfully settled pursuant to the
    additional a davit of the petitioner dated 6.8.2026. Copy of the same
    is taken on record. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that
    petitioner shall pay Rs.1,55,000/- as full and %nal settlement to the
    widow of the employee namely; Taraben Ochhavlal Panchal within a
    period of 4 weeks from today. It is also submitted that impugned
    award be modi%ed accordingly.
              In view of above, learned advocate for the petitioner submits
    that petition does not survive and the same may be disposed of
    accordingly. Order accordingly. However, it is made clear that parties
    to abide by the terms of settlement agreement.
              The petition stands disposed of. Interim Relief, if any, stands
    vacated. Notice / Rule, if any, stands discharged.
