[1]    At the outset, Mr. Kaushal Modi, learned advocate appearing for
Mr. Ashish M. Dagli, learned advocate for the petitioner submitted an
Additional Affidavit on behalf of the petitioner dated 30.04.2026, which
is taken on record.

[2]    Mr. Hamesh Naidu, learned advocate has instructions to appear
for and on behalf of respondent – Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation,
as he received an advance copy. Registry shall accept the vakalatnama of
Mr. Naidu, learned advocate for the respondent – AMC.

[3]    Heard Mr. Kaushal Modi, learned advocate for the petitioner as
also Mr. Hamesh Naidu, learned advocate for the respondent – AMC.

[4]    After arguing for some time, Mr. Modi, learned advocate for the
petitioner, under the instructions of his client, does not press this
petition. The permission, as prayed for, is granted. This petition stands
disposed of as withdrawn.
