          By way of present petition under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, the petitioner is challenging order dated
30.11.2022 passed by the Gujarat State Complaint Police
Authority rejecting the complaint 9led by the petitioner.
          Perusing the record it appears that present petition is 9led
on 14.09.2023 and thereafter, the matter has not been
proceeded with.
          Even today, learned advocate for the petitioner is not
present. Hence, present petition is dismissed for want of
prosecution.
