The order expressly barred any further extension of parole or reduction of the bond amount, and the rule was made absolute.
Issues considered
- What is the appropriate exercise of discretion by the Court in granting parole leave and setting conditions?
- Should the applicant be required to furnish a bond and surety, and what amount is appropriate?
- Can the Court restrict any further extension of parole or reduction of the bond?
