The Applicant has filed this Application for grant of Parole
Leave on the ground of arrangement of money.
Considering the jail remarks it appears that the applicant has
been sentenced for non-payment of maintenance amount to his
wife. Hence it does not deem fit to exercise discretion in favour of
the applicant. Considering the same, no ground is made out. The
Application is rejected.
