The Applicant has filed this Application for grant of Furlough
Leave on the ground of arrangement of hut.
Heard learned APP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri for the respondent –
State who has submitted that, there are other family members of
the applicant who can take care of renovating his hut. Hence, as of
now this Court is not inclined. This application is rejected.
