ORAL ORDER
The Applicant has filed this Application for grant of Parole
Leave on the ground mentioned in the application.
Heard learned APP Mr. Tirthraj Pandya on behalf of the
respondent – State, who has submitted that, the applicant was
lastly released for 10 days on Parole Leave from 24.09.2025 to
03.10.2025. His Furlough Application rejected since none came
forward to stand a surety.
In the event, this Court is not inclined to exercise discretion
in favour of the applicant as of now. The Application is rejected.
