            The Applicant has filed this Application for grant of Parole
Leave on the ground of providing financial assistance to the family.
            Heard learned APP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri, who has drawn the
attention of the Court towards the fact that the applicant was
recently released for 14 days of Furlough Leave from 06.12.2025 to
19.12.2026. In the light of the said fact, this Court is not inclined
to exercise discretion in favour of the applicant as of now.
            Considering the same no ground is made out. The Application
is rejected.
