- Disposal
- 28-REJECTED @ ADM.STAGE
Holding
The court rejected the parole application, finding that the recent parole leave made it unfit to grant another leave.
Summary
Narshibhai Nathubhai Solanki filed a special criminal application seeking parole leave. The court examined the jail records and noted that the applicant had already been released on parole from 12 August 2025 to 18 August 2025 for a period of seven days. Considering the recent grant of parole, the court held that it was not appropriate to exercise its discretion in favour of another parole grant at this time. Consequently, the application for parole leave was rejected. No statutory provisions or precedents were cited in the order.

ORAL ORDER
The Applicant has filed this Application for grant of parole
leave on the ground mentioned in the application.
On perusing the jail remarks, it appears that the applicant
was recently released on parole leave from 12.08.2025 to
18.08.2025 for a period of 07 days. Hence, as of now, it does
not deem fit to this Court to exercise the discretion in favour of
the applicant. The Application is rejected.
