Holding

The revision application was withdrawn and disposed of, with the applicant's contentions left for determination by the trial court.

Summary

The applicant, Jyoti Anandrao Kakade‑Deshmukh, filed a civil revision (No. 105 of 2026) seeking the High Court to call for records of Regular Civil Suit No. 822 of 2023, examine the legality of the judgment dated 21‑04‑2026 and quash it. While the matter was being heard, the applicant’s counsel, Mr Ruturaj Mane, requested permission to withdraw the revision and to keep all objections and contentions open for determination by the trial court. The bench, after considering the request, granted leave to withdraw the application. It expressly left the applicant’s contentions for consideration by the trial court in the original suit. Consequently, the revision application was disposed of as withdrawn.
