Holding

The court confirmed the interim anticipatory bail order, allowing the applicants to remain on bail.

Summary

Shailesh Gaikwad and Somnath Dale, both labourers, filed an anticipatory bail application after a charge sheet was filed against them. The court had earlier directed them to attend the police station, which they complied with. The State and the victim opposed the application, but the court found no evidence of non‑cooperation or misuse of liberty. Consequently, the court confirmed the interim bail order dated 16‑10‑2025. The anticipatory bail application was therefore allowed and disposed of.
