Summary

The applicant, Khanderav Shankar Vhanmane, filed an anticipatory bail application before the Bombay High Court, Kolhapur Circuit Bench, seeking release on bail if arrested in connection with a criminal case (C.R. No.585 of 2026) involving multiple offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
