The Court granted leave to withdraw the anticipatory bail application and disposed of it as withdrawn.

Summary

Suvarna Devidas Bathane filed an anticipatory bail application (Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 469 of 2026) seeking release on bail if arrested for offences under sections 80, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bombay Police Act, registered as CR No. 632/2026 at Mohol Police Station. The matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court and counsel for the applicant, Mr. Jaydeep D. Mane, appeared. After hearing, the applicant’s counsel requested leave to withdraw the anticipatory bail application, a request that was not opposed by the State.
