The Court allowed the unconditional withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application and disposed of it as withdrawn.

Summary

Prathamesh Ramakant Zanzurne filed an anticipatory bail application (No. 574 of 2026) before the Bombay High Court, Kolhapur Bench, seeking bail in respect of FIR No. 28 of 2026 for alleged offences under sections 107, 78, 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The applicant's counsel, Ms. Divya Pawar, requested leave to unconditionally withdraw the application. The State's counsel, Mr. A. A. Naik, and the counsel for the third respondent, Ms. Tanaya Doke, did not oppose the withdrawal. The Court examined whether the applicant could withdraw the anticipatory bail application without any conditions or objections. Finding no opposition and accepting the applicant's request, the Court granted leave to withdraw the application. Consequently, the anticipatory bail application was disposed of as withdrawn.
