DATE : 12th FEBRUARY 2026
P. C.:
1. The present Appeal challenges an order dated 28 th October 2021
which was an ad-interim order directing the parties to maintain status quo
till the next date. For various reasons that are not required to be set out in
this order, the matter before the Trial Court has thereafter not proceeded
with. Needless to state that, parties have informed me that the matter is now
scheduled to be in March 2026.
