Holding

The Court ordered that the identified typographical errors be corrected and a fresh corrected order be uploaded.

Summary

In Criminal Appeal No. 192 of 2026, the appellant, Abbas Alias Abbas Ali Mustafa Shaikh, moved a motion seeking correction of typographical errors in the operative part of an order dated 22.07.2026. The appellant contended that the phrase "In the event of arrest of applicant" was incorrectly typed and should be removed, and that the words "except attending hearing of trial" should be added at the end of clause (vi). The respondent State and a second respondent opposed the motion. The Court examined the submissions and found no substantive objection to the proposed corrections. Accordingly, the Court ordered that the necessary corrections be made and a fresh corrected order be uploaded. The precipe was then disposed of.
