Summary

The applicants, Akshay Rambhau Ingole and others, filed Criminal Application No.1515 of 2026 in the Bombay High Court. After filing, further evidence emerged and charges were framed against them. The applicants then sought the Court’s permission to withdraw the present application and to file a fresh one challenging the composite reliefs, including the order of framing of charges. The learned counsel for the applicants argued that the withdrawal was necessary to raise fresh challenges. The Court, after considering the request, allowed the withdrawal of the application with liberty to file a fresh one. Consequently, the application was disposed of as withdrawn.
