The High Court dismissed the application as withdrawn because the original complaint had been withdrawn and no matter remained for adjudication.
Summary
The petitioners, Ameya Deepak Bhide and others, filed a criminal application before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, seeking relief in a matter arising from Regular Criminal Case No. 15 of 2024. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the original complainant had withdrawn the complaint, and produced the withdrawal order dated 14-08-2026 issued by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shrirampur. The court examined the withdrawal order and noted that, with the complainant’s withdrawal, no substantive issue remained for adjudication. Consequently, the court held that there was nothing left to be decided on the petition. The application was therefore dismissed as withdrawn.
