ARVIND WAMAN DHUPKARversusINDUMATI ARVIND DHUPKAR AND ORS

Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The applications are infructuous and are disposed of.

Summary

The petitioners, Arvind Waman Dhupkar and others, filed criminal applications (Nos. 2569 and 2568 of 2009) before the Aurangabad Bench of the High Court of Bombay, seeking relief against an order arising from earlier proceedings. The learned advocate for the applicants argued that the original proceedings had already been decided, rendering the present applications moot. The Court examined the submissions and found that, with the finality of the earlier case, nothing remained to be adjudicated in the pending applications. Consequently, the Court held that the applications were infructuous. The applications were therefore disposed of without any further order.
