DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The criminal revision application is infructuous and is disposed of.

Summary

Vishnu S/o Asaram Kanade filed Criminal Application No. 3126 of 2019 seeking revision against Vishal S/o Vishnu Kanade and others. During the pendency, the related Family Court matters (Case Nos. 07/2019 and 09/2017) were concluded, and the Family Court order dated 22 October 2021 was produced. The applicant’s counsel submitted that, with the disposal of the family proceedings, no operative issue remained for the criminal revision. The Court examined the record and noted that the underlying dispute had been fully resolved. Consequently, the Court held that the criminal revision was infructuous. The application and the revision were therefore disposed of as infructuous.
