Summary
The applicants filed a bail application (Bail Application No. 1449 of 2026) in the High Court of Bombay, Aurangabad Bench. While the application was pending, the charge-sheet was filed, prompting the applicants to seek withdrawal of the bail application and permission to file a fresh bail application before the trial court based on the charge-sheet. The Court allowed the withdrawal, directing that the applicants may approach the trial court with a fresh bail application and that the trial court should consider it expeditiously. The pending criminal application (No. 3208/2026) was also disposed of. No substantive merits of bail were decided.
