1.            This is an application for permission to withdraw the

amount deposited by the non-applicant/revision applicant/accused in

pursuance to order dated 02/04/2026, passed by this Court in Criminal

Application    No.1181/2026    in     Criminal   Revision   Application

No.113/2026.


2.            Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. He submits

that, in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 02/04/2026, the

revision applicant/accused was directed to deposit 25% of the amount

of compensation. The said amount has been deposited by the accused

before this Court. He prays for withdrawal of the said amount.


3.          In view of above and for the reasons stated in the

application, the same is allowed.       The applicant is permitted to

withdraw the amount deposited by the non-applicant in pursuance to

the order of this Court dated 02/04/2026.


4.          This Criminal Application is disposed of.
