1.           Heard learned Counsel for both sides.


2.           Criminal Application No. 3686 of 2026 is filed for restoration

of Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1188 of 2026 and extension of time

for depositing the amount as per order dated 03.08.2026.


3.           Considering the subsequent evidence to the passing of order

dated 03.08.2026, this Court finds it appropriate to extend time to

deposit an amount of Rs. 3,40,000/- till 01.10.2026. In view of the

same, interim relief granted by order dated 03.08.2026 stands restored

with restoration of Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1188 of 2026. In

view of this, Criminal Application No. 3686 of 2026 is allowed.


4.            If the amount is not deposited on or before 01.10.2026,

Anticipatory Bail Application shall stand dismissed without further

reference to the Court.


5.            Stand over to 01.10.2026.


6.            Interim relief, if any, to continue till the next date of hearing.
