SATISH KONDIBA KONGEversusMANORAMA SATISH KONGE AND OTHERS

Disposal
DISPOSED OFF

Holding

The criminal application and revision are dismissed as infructuous because the underlying family court proceedings are concluded.

Summary

Satish Kondiba Konge filed a criminal application and a criminal revision seeking relief against Manorama Satish Konge and others. The respondents submitted a copy of the Family Court at Latur's order dated 22‑06‑2026, indicating that the family court proceedings (Petition No.E‑14/2023) had been concluded and nothing remained pending. The High Court observed that, in the absence of any surviving matter, the criminal applications could not proceed. Accordingly, the order was taken on record, marked for identification, and both the criminal application and the revision were disposed of as infructuous. The Court also directed that the fees of the legal‑aid counsel be quantified and paid as per the rules.
