Summary
In a bail application (No. 1199 of 2026) before the Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench, the applicants Sakharam Umaji Kamble and Shriram Balasaheb Pande sought a correction to the court's order dated 22 September 2026. Their counsel pointed out that the order mistakenly referred to "Crime No.345 of 2026" instead of the correct "Crime No.345 of 2017" in paragraph 2 and clause (ii) of the operative part. The court examined the claim, found it to be a pure clerical error, and ordered that the erroneous reference be read as "Crime No.345 of 2017". The judge directed that the corrected copy of the order be prepared and uploaded. Consequently, the motion for correction was allowed.
